Hospice care is paid for in various ways. The most popular method of payment is through Medicare and Medicaid. Payment for hospice is also paid by private insurance policies, self pay, and voluntary contributions. (Donations can be made in Memory Of or In Honor of your loved one.)  Patients are accepted at Hospice in His Hands based on their healthcare needs, not the ability to pay.
